You don’t have to be at the parks in order to get your daily dose of Disney. No matter where you live, you can incorporate the magic of Disney into your everyday routine to make the ordinary into a fairytale experience. One way to achieve that, is to look the part thanks to Lauren Conrad’s new Cinderella collection which can be found at your local Kohl’s stores and online right now. Join me after the page break for more on this beautiful collection...

Fashion designer and big time Disney fan Lauren Conrad recently collaborated with Disney to create a 24-piece collection of shirts, skirts, dresses and shoes all inspired by the Disney classic movie “Cinderella.” Using the 1950s movie for inspiration, the collection consists of light spring colors with blues and pinks playing a dominant role. Using fabrics like chiffon, organza and tulle, the collection flows together to create a fairy tale feel that Cinderella herself would be proud to wear.

Arriving on shelves in Kohl’s stores and on their website in Feb. 22, 2015, Cinderella by LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s has already received positive reviews amongst fashion critics and shoppers alike. Besides being featured on InStyle.com, Conrad also shares her personal favorites on her website LaurenConrad.com.

As the collection is offered through Kohl’s, shoppers will find the Cinderella-inspired pieces to follow along the department store’s price range, with Kohl’s card members receiving an additional discount during special offers. Check Kohls.com or your local store for specific pricing information.

Conrad’s collection arrives just in time for the new live action version of Disney’s Cinderella, set to hit theaters March 13, 2015.

Juniors looking to take home some Cinderella-inspired gear also have their own collection by Disney which includes skirts, tops, and dresses. While these are not a part of the Lauren Conrad collection, they are still from the Disney line and were inspired by the new live action Cinderella movie.

Fans of Conrad’s work and the Disney films can look forward to more Conrad/Disney collaborations as the fashion designer is working on another Disney-inspired collection. While the movie this collection is centered around hasn’t been made public yet, we can expect to see the new designs on shelves around May 2015.

Kristina Brandt is a long-time Disney fan and proud Disney fanatic living in New York. Despite the distance, she makes every effort to keep the magic of Disney alive and well from watching the movies to listening to their soundtracks on a pretty regular basis. For her 16th birthday, she decided to celebrate by making a special trip to Walt Disney World with her mother instead of having a Sweet 16 party. Best trip ever! She’s lost count of just how many times she’s been to Walt Disney World, but it’s become an annual or biennial trip at this point.

Deciding to incorporate her love of Disney into her professional life, she wrote for Examiner.com as the Long Island Walt Disney Examiner for the last four years sharing information about the parks, movies, merchandise, and special events as a freelance writer. In 2013, Kristina participated in her first ever runDisney event during the Princess Half Marathon and has since then become addicted. She just completed her second race during the 2015 Walt Disney World Half Marathon and looks forward to participating in many more.
